Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a brewing device and process. The brewing device comprises a flour steaming and granulating integrated machine with a feeding port and a discharging port, a steam control assembly connected to the flour steaming and granulating integrated machine and a cooling conveying assembly which is in butt joint with the discharging port; the flour steaming and granulating integratedmachine includes a hollow container and an agitator disposed in the hollow container, wherein the feeding port and the discharging port are formed in the hollow container; the steam control assembly is in communication with the hollow container, and at least the discharging port is provided with a valve. The brewing device and process not only meet the requirements of the production technology, but also integrate various technological processes, the production process is automated, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, the quality and production efficiency are improved, and food safety and health risks are reduced.
