Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses preparation of sweet corn flavor for tobacco and application of the sweet corn flavor in tobacco. The preparation of the flavor comprises the steps: performing inoculation on distiller's yeast/fruit wine yeast mixed fermentation strains to corn syrup at an amount of 0.1-0.3% of the weight of the corn syrup, and performing mixed fermentation for 24 hours so as to prepare thefermented sweet corn flavor for tobacco. Application of the flavor comprises the steps: adding the flavor to water, performing even mixing, spraying the mixture evenly to tobacco leaves, performing sealing, placing the sealed tobacco leaves at room temperature for 3-12 hours, and performing drying at 40 DEG C until the moisture content at 12% so as to obtain flavor-added tobacco leaves.
