The composition is characterized by further comprising, based on 100 parts by mass of a natural rubber component, in parts by mass, 0-10 parts of a plasticizer, 28-50 parts of carbon black, 0.1-0.5 part of an anti-scorching agent, 10-20 parts of white carbon, 5-10 parts of porous silicon bead filler, 2-3 parts of a silane coupling agent, 1-3 parts of sulfur, 3-5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 5-8 parts of an activating agent, 1-3 partsof a protective agent, and 1-3 parts of an accelerator.
