The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) 101, fresh rhizoma polygonati is taken, washed and sliced; 102, rhizoma polygonati slices are put into a steamer, steaming is conducted for 4-6 h, after turning off the heat, tight covering is conducted for 6-18 h, and then the rhizoma polygonati slices are transferred into an oven and baked for 2-8 h at 40-80 DEG C; 103, the step 102 is repeated for multiple times, and prepared rhizoma polygonati is obtained for standby application; (2) 201, the prepared rhizomapolygonati is taken and cut into particles, and rhizoma polygonati particles are obtained; and 202, blueberry sauce, peanut butter or chilli sauce is prepared as base sauce, the rhizoma polygonati particles are added, the mixture is heated to 40-110 DEG C, stirred for 5-30 min and cooled, and the rhizoma polygonati sauce is obtained.
