Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a carving printing method of polyester-cotton interwoven double-layer fabric, which comprises the steps of 1) weaving, to be specific, performing fabric weaving with polyesteryarns at surface and cotton yarns inside through a double-beam loom by means of a stitching double wave process to obtain an initial fabric, wherein strength of the polyester yarns is 700-750 cN, andstrength of the cotton yarns is 350-400 cN; 2) carving, to be specific, placing the initial fabric on a rotary printing machine or a flat screen printing machine, locally carbonizing the polyester fibers of the initial fabric through an inorganic strong alkali having a mass concentration of 25-30% for 2-3 min, washing with water to remove carbon debris, and forming patterns on the initial fabric.
