Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for a grease epoxidation reaction in a micro-channel reactor, in particular to a micro-channel reactor combined by reaction modules with micro-cavity arrays. The invention discloses a method for preparing epoxy grease by using the micro-channel continuous flow reactor. The method includes the following steps of 1, an instant generation reaction of low-molecular-weight peroxy carboxylic acid; 2, an esterification reaction of free fatty acid in the grease; 3, the epoxidation reaction of the grease. According to the method for preparing the epoxy grease by utilizing the micro-channel continuous flow reactor, the technology for instant generation of the peroxy carboxylic acid continuous epoxidation grease is adopted, so that unsaturated carbon-carbon double bonds in grease molecules are converted into epoxy groups; all the reactions are carried out continuously in one reactor at the same time.
