The invention provides a device for circulation and location of a railcar body. The device for circulation and location of the railcar body comprises a car frame, supporting bases, wheel assemblies and stop blocks. The car frame is used for bearing the weight of a to-be-circulated railcar body. The car frame comprises two oppositely-arranged connection boxes, four walking boxes and connection beams by which the two connection boxes are connected. Two of the walking boxes are installed respectively at two opposite ends of each connection box. The supporting bases are used for supporting the to-be-circulated railcar body.
