The embodiment of the invention discloses a method and a device for sending information. The method relates to the field of cloud computing. One specific embodiment of the method comprises the steps of obtaining a category information set sent by a target terminal as an external category information set; responding to the fact that the target external class information does not exist in the external class information set, determining a pre-trained model as a classification model obtained by training; wherein the target external category information is external category information which is not matched with internal category information in a predetermined internal category information set; wherein the pre-trained model is obtained through training based on a pre-determined training sample set, and training samples in the training sample set comprise internal data and internal category information corresponding to the internal data in the internal category information set; and sending the call interface of the
