Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a passive-house heat-bridge-free outer wall penetrating pipeline with high air tightness and a construction method thereof. The passive-house heat-bridge-free outer wall penetrating pipeline with high air tightness comprises a sleeve pipe and a wire pipe, wherein the sleeve pipe penetrates through a concrete wall; the wire pipe stretches into the sleeve pipe and penetrates through a heat-insulation wall so as to extend outside; and a heat-insulation layer is filled between the wire pipe and the sleeve pipe. The wire pipe achieves an effect same as an existing outer wall penetrating pipe but does not contact an outer wall, and a part heat bridge of the sleeve pipe is obstructed through the heat-insulation wall, so that the heat loss produced by contacting the outer wall is reduced; and meanwhile, through the heat-insulation layer, a waterproof vapor-proof film and a pre-pressing expansion seal belt, the wall penetrating pipeline can adapt to the influence of more external factors.
