Thermo-oxidative ageing resistant epoxidized natural rubber nanocomposite material and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a thermo-oxidative ageing resistant epoxidized natural rubber nanocomposite material and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of nanocomposite materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grafting a silane coupling agent onto the surface of graphene oxide; then grafting antioxidant molecules onto the graphene oxide, compounding the antioxidant-grafted graphene oxide and epoxidized natural rubber through a solution mixing method so as to obtain an epoxidized natural rubber nanocomposite rubber compound; and mixing and vulcanizing the rubber compound to obtain an epoxidized natural rubber/antioxidant modified graphene oxide nanocomposite material.
