Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a dislocated spliced perforated combined beam. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of 1) calculating to obtain the size of a steel plate before cutting according to the size of a web needing to be perforated and the size of a hole, and performing discharging processing to form a toothed trough plate I and a toothed trough plate II; 2) dislocating the toothed trough plate I and the toothed trough plate II, aligning teeth crests and splicing the teeth crests, and performing full-length welding on a part at each section to form the web; 3) vertically welding an upper flange and a lower flange on the outer sides of the toothed trough plate I and the toothed trough plate II; 4) welding end plates at the end parts of the toothed trough plate I and the toothed trough plate II; 5) welding stiffened plates on two sides of the web; and 6) welding sealing plates in small space segments formed among the end plates, the flanges and the stiffened plates |
