Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a rapid backboard repair structure for solar modules and a production process. The structure comprises a PET film (weather resistant white PET), an adhesive layer and a release film, wherein the PET film is a weather resistant atmospheric surface, and the thickness is 125-165[mu]m; the adhesive layer is an intermediate layer of the PET film and the release film, the solid content of glue in the adhesive layer is 38%-40%, and the entity thickness of the adhesive layer is 60+/-5[mu]m. The release film can be quickly torn off and realizes the adhesion between the adhesive layer and the repaired solar photovoltaic module, and the thickness of the release film is 35[mu]m. The rapid backboard repair structure effectively repairs a backboard attacked by foreign objects, greatly improves the solar module packaging and repairing efficiency and ensures the purpose of continuous and stable power generation of the photovoltaic module.
