Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a self-powered remote meter reading system which solves the problem in the prior art that the meter is required to be read by a worker on site, and has beneficial effects of realizing remote data transmission and saving manpower. The self-powered remote meter reading system includes a casing that can be disposed on a natural gas pipeline or a water pipe; a gas sensor or a liquid flow sensor disposed in the casing; a controller disposed in the casing; a wireless communication module connected to the controller which communicates with a central server through the wireless communication module; a generator disposed in the casing to generate electric energy and to supply power to the gas sensor, the wireless communication module and the controller. The gas sensor or the liquid flow sensor, and the generator are in reliable connection to the controller.
