The method comprises the following steps: sending a bill transaction increment information acquisition instruction to a cache transaction queue; if newest bill transaction increment information in the current push period and/or queue abnormal information sent by the cache transaction queue are/is not received, obtaining each piece of bill transaction increment information in the current push period from a transaction information database; and determining the latest total bill market information in the current push period according to each piece of bill transaction increment information in the current push period, and sending the total bill market information to a target client which has established connection in the current push period.
