Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an industrial equipment operation and maintenance and optimization method and system based on a complex network model, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining all sensor data of industrial equipment, and calculating a Spearman correlation coefficient between every two sensor data in a current time period; taking the corresponding characteristics of each sensor as nodes, taking the Spearman correlation coefficient as the weight of the network edge, and constructing a full-connection weighted network; and when an adjustment instruction for a certain target feature is received, obtaining the current optimal parameter adjustment path of the target feature based on the full-connection weighted network. Production equipment in reality is digitized, a complex network oriented to industrial big data is constructed, the optimal path for optimizing parameters of discovered equipment can be obtained through the network, and dependence of enterprises on field experts is weakened.
