Multiple wells are arranged in an oil field block; and the fracture-cave type reservoir space structure injection-production pattern optimal design method comprises the following steps: S1) multiple initial injection-production schemes are determined according to the positions of all the wells or the types of reservoir bodies of all the wells; S2) the communication degrees of the injection-production wells in each initial injection-production scheme are calculated; S3) Gini coefficients of the communication degrees of the injection-production wells are calculated according to the communication degrees of the injection-production wells in each initial injection-production scheme; and S4) the initial injection-production scheme with the smallest Gini coefficient is selected as a final injection-production scheme.
