Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a vertical splicing and tempering joint of a partially coated steel concrete shear wall. The method comprises the following steps that 1), an upper PEC shear wall body and a lower PEC shear wall body are prefabricated; 2), before the upper PEC shear wall body is lifted, web splicing plates are connected to the lower PEC shear wall body; 3), the upper PEC shear wall body is lifted and aligned, and then high-strength bolts are screwed to the web splicing plates; 4), post-weld steel plates are placed into the specified position for four-sided welding, and a certain distance is set between the post-weld steel plates and the outer edges of flanges and used for making the space for anti-corrosion and fire prevention; and 5), the outer surfaces of the post-weld steel plates are coated with fireproof and anti-corrosion coatings, and finally the vertical splicing and tempering joint of the partially coated steel-concrete shear wall is completed.
