Zusammenfassung:Provided are: a high strength galvanized steel sheet with excellent delayed fracture resistance characteristics resulting from reduction of the amount of diffusible hydrogen in the steel; and a production method therefor. The high strength galvanized steel sheet is provided with: a steel sheet having a specified component composition and a steel structure in which, in area ratio, the total amount of martensite and tempered martensite is at least 30%; and a galvanizing layer formed on the surface of the steel sheet. The amount of diffusible hydrogen obtained from an analysis method is 0.50 wt. ppm or less and the half width of the released hydrogen peak is 70DEG C or less. 本发明提供通过减少钢中的扩散性氢量而使耐延迟断裂特性优异的高强度镀锌钢板及其制造方法。该高强度镀锌钢板具备具有特定的成分组成和以面积率计马氏体和回火马氏体的合计为30%以上的钢组织的钢板、以及形成于该钢板的表面的镀锌层,由下述的分析方法得到的扩散性氢量为0.50wt.ppm以下,氢释放峰的半值宽度为70℃以下。
