A process for elimination of waste material during manufacturing of acrylonitrile

The process to basically or fully remove ammonium sulfate generated during production of acrylonitrile by direct ammonia oxidation of propene/propane, ammonia and oxygen-bearing gas with catalyst on fluidized bed includes such improvement that organic matter (and mixture) is loaded into reactor at the position, where compound reacts basically on excess ammonia without influence to yield rate of acrylonitrile. It is preferable to use methanol as organic compound that is loaded in reactor at temp. lower than coking temp.
