The working electrode among the silk-screen printing electrodes is modified with nanogold and HRP and an avian influenza virus electrochemical immunosensor is constructed by using the HRP as a carrier to fix an anti-H9N2 avian influenza virus hemagglutinin rabbit polyclonal antibody; signal amplification is carried out on the signal by using the carbon nanosphere-labeled glucose oxidase-labeled anti-H9N2 avian influenza virus hemagglutinin monoclonal antibody, so that the high-sensitivity measurement of the H9N2 avian influenza virus is realized.
