The invention discloses a doffing frame for a coarse spinner without automatic doffing. The doffing frame comprises a machine frame, a pulley chain guide rail and a rail shield plate. The machine frame comprises multiple stand columns and an upper cross beam. The machine frame is fixedly provided with a lifting motor. An output end of the lifting motor is connected with a transmission shaft. The transmission shaft is fixedly provided with multiple hoisting wheels. The hoisting wheels are winded with a sling. Two ends of the sling are fixed with the hoisting wheels and the rail shield plate. The stand columns are provided with a longitudinal sliding chute. The rail shield plate is provided with a guiding wheel which is in rolling fit with the longitudinal sliding chute. The machine frame is provided with upper/lower stop position sensors and upper/lower protection sensors. A control button of the lifting motor is installed on the machine frame. The control button of the lifting motor, the upper/lower stop posi
