Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a KASP molecular marker method for identifying rice blast resistance gene Pigm and belongs to the technical field of bioengineering. KASP molecular marker primers are designed according to the fact that Gumei 4 and indica rice and sequenced round-grained nonglutinous rice varieties have G-C base mutation at upstream 515bp of Pigm site Pigm-R2 gene initiation codon, fluorescent quantitative fluorescent amplification is performed on the DNA of different rice materials, and the Pigm genotype of the rice materials is judged. The method has the advantages that whether rice germplasm resources or breeding population contains the Pigm gene or not can be fast and accurately identified, and high-throughput detection of multiple sample materials can be achieved at the same time; the method is fast and efficient as compared with the conventional molecular marker technology; the method can further increase the selection efficiency of Pigm-containing disease-resistant homozygous genotype during br
