Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of asymmetric synthesis and discloses a new method for synthesizing chiral alkynyl dicol ester by asymmetric catalysis. The method directly synthesizes chiral alkynyl dicol ester by utilizing cyclopropane amino alcohol/zinc to catalyze asymmetric addition reaction of aldehyde and alkynyl alcohol ester. The method has the advantages of low catalyst dosage, high reaction yield (up to 93%), high product optical purity (up to 95%), good functional group compatibility (ether, cyano, halogen, heterocycle, double bond, ester group, and the like), wide range of alkynol ester substrates (propargyl alcohol ester, acetylene butanol ester, alkynyl amyl alcohol ester, alkynyl hexyl alcohol ester, and the like). 本发明属于不对称合成技术领域,公开了一种新的不对称催化合成手性炔二醇酯的方法。该方法利用环丙烷氨基醇/锌催化的醛与炔醇酯的不对称加成反应,直接合成手性炔二醇酯。该方法具有催化剂用量低、反应产率高(up to 93%)、产物光学纯度高(up to 95%)、官能团兼容性好(醚、氰基、卤素、杂环、双键、酯基等)、炔醇酯底物范围大(炔丙醇酯、炔丁醇酯、炔戊醇酯、炔己醇酯等)等优点。
