The rope yarns comprise an upper climbing rope and a lower climbing rope, wherein the upper climbing rope and the lower climbing rope are close to each other or far away from each other; a channel for a paperboard to pass through is arranged between the upper climbing rope and the lower climbing rope; clamping mechanisms are arranged on two sides of the channel through which the paperboard passes; the clamping mechanisms are used for clamping two sides of the paperboard and are connected with pushing and folding mechanisms; the pushing and folding mechanisms move face to face in a width direction of the channel through which the paperboard passes; after the paperboard crease operation is finished, the paperboard is guided and conveyed to the position of the paperboard overlapping device, the clamping mechanisms on two sides of the paperboard channel are started to clamp two sides of the paperboard, and then the upper climbing
