The invention discloses a purified flue gas water withdrawing device and an integrated power plant indirect air cooling tower. The purified flue gas water withdrawing device comprises a desulfurizing absorption tower which comprises a tower body, an air outlet and an air inlet are formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the tower body respectively, wherein at least one packing layer and at least one spraying layer are arranged in the tower body from the air outlet to the air inlet at intervals; a condensation heat exchanger provided with an inlet, a first outlet and a second outlet, wherein the inlet is communicated with the air outlet, the first outlet is communicated with the chimney, the second outlet is communicated with the clarification tank, and a heat exchange unit is arranged in the condensation heat exchanger; and a cooling water storage tank including a water inlet and a water outlet, wherein the water inlet is communicated with the water outlet through a circulating pipeline, the circ
