This molten zinc plating steel sheet has a compositional makeup containing, in mass%, 0.08-0.20% of C, 0.5% or less of Si, 0.8-1.8% of Mn, 0.10% or less of P, 0.030% or less of S, 0.10% or less of Al, and 0.010% or less of N, and further, one or more of 0.01-0.3% of Ti, 0.01-0.1% of Nb, and 0.01-1.0% of V so as to satisfy (Ti/48 + Nb/93 + V/51) * 12 >= 0.07, the remaining portion being Fe and incidental impurities, and has a structure in which: the total area proportion of a ferrite phase and a tempered veinite phase is 95% or more; the average particle size is 5.0 [mu]m or less; and further, the amount of deposited Fe is 0.10 mass% or more; the amount of Ti, Nb, and V deposited as deposits having a particle size of less than 20 nm is 0.025 mass% or more in terms of deposited C; and at least half of the deposits having a particle size of less than 20 nm is randomly deposited. 本发明提供一种冲裁性更优异的热浸镀锌钢板。该热浸镀锌钢板具有如下的组成和组织,所述组成以质量%计含有C:0
