Zusammenfassung:	The parison-separating device (30) according to one embodiment comprises: a cutter (31) which has an upward-facing blade (35) extending in one direction; and a block (33) which has the cutter mounted on a top part thereof, and which has formed thereon, on both sides of the blade (35) with respect to the through-thickness direction, slanted faces (37) having portions that slant increasingly downward as distance in one direction increases.
