The method comprises the following steps: determining an initial customer service party according to an online customer service request of a customer party; adding the client and the initial customer service party into the same session to establish a communication connection between the client and the initial customer service party; and adding at least one associated party into the session in the communication process of the client and the initial customer service party. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, real-time online service is provided for the client, the problem proposed by the client is solved in time, and the satisfaction degree of the client is improved.
