The identification method comprises the following steps: step 1, carrying out filtering processing on the SAR image; 2, extracting a binary image of the SAR image water body area by adopting a threshold algorithm; 3, calculating the shortest distance from the tower to the flood area and the flood proportion in the search area by adopting a tower center distance search algorithm and a tower foundation grid distance search algorithm; and 4, calculating a flood hidden danger coefficient based on the distance from the tower to the flood and the flood proportion in the tower range, and judging the disaster situation of the tower. 本发明公开了基于SAR影像的输电杆塔水灾故障隐患的识别方法,所述识别方法包括以下步骤:步骤1:对SAR影像进行滤波处理;步骤2:采用阈值算法提取SAR影像水体区域的二值图;步骤3:采用杆塔中心距离搜索算法和塔基网格距离搜索算法,计算杆塔到洪水区的最短距离和搜索区域内的洪水占比;步骤4:基于杆塔到洪水的距离和杆塔范围内洪水占比计算洪水隐患系数,判断杆塔受灾情况。
