Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a pH sensor based on a cyclometalated iridium complex photoelectrochemical molecular probe. The method comprises the following steps of forming a TiO2 cluster on the surface of an ITO electrode, coating a dispersing solution of nanometer TiO2, naturally drying and calcining to prepare a TiO2 modified ITO electrode, absorbing a cyclometalated iridium complex molecular layer containing a Rhodamine B structure on the surface as an identification element, and adopting a three-electrode system to prepare the pH sensor. In the presence of H, the absorption of the cyclometalated iridium complex is enhanced through ring opening of rhodamine B lactam ring, so that a photoelectric signal of the complex is enhanced, and the sensing of the pH value is realized. The sensor has a very good response in the range of pH=2.5-8.0, and has the characteristics of simplicity in preparation and high detection accuracy.
