The in-vehicle ambient atmosphere lamp device comprises a light source and a rotating disc. A plurality of developing pieces are arranged on the rotating disc. Patterns are arranged on the developing pieces. The light emitted by the light source is suitable for penetrating through the developing pieces. The rotating disc can rotate, so that one or more developing pieces can be aligned with the light source. According to the embodiment of the invention, the in-vehicle ambient atmosphere lamp device is provided with the rotating disc.
