Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a production method of N-methylpyrrolidine. The production method comprises the following steps: taking N-methylpyrrolidone as a raw material and taking N-methyldiethanolamine as a solvent to carry out an isomerization hydrogenation cyclization reaction on the N-methylpyrrolidone, the N-methyl diethanolamine and hydrogen under the action of a catalyst, and further carrying out purification to obtain the target product N-methylpyrrolidine. The production method disclosed by the invention is mild in condition and is free of environmental pollution, and the treatment capacity of the catalyst is high, so that the conversion rate of N-methylpyrrolidone is greater than or equal to 99%. Almost all the N-methyldiethanolamine participates into the reaction, byproducts are few, and selectivity of N-methylpyrrolidine can reach 99.2%, so that the method is suitable for industrial production.
