The system is characterized in that the inlet of an ejector (20) is respectively communicated with the outlet of sewage (00) and the outlet of an ozone generator (30), and the outlet of the ejector (20) is respectively communicated with the outlet of a hydrogen peroxide addition barrel (40), the outlet of an iron ion addition barrel (50) and the inlet of the ozone reactor (10); a static mixer (60) is arrangedat the necessary path among layers of the ozone reactor (10); and oxidized water (70) is obtained at the outlet of the ozone reactor (10).
