The preparation process for the titanium alloy cast three-dimensional printing ceramic mold shell comprises the following steps of S1, bonding jet ink to a three-dimensional printing sand mold and conducting vacuum impregnation to form a three-dimensional printing sand mold cavity bonding layer and then conducting drying treatment; S2, coating the surface of the mold cavity bonding layer with an inertmaterial coating to form a transition layer; and S3, coating the surface of the transition layer of the mold cavity with the inert material coating to form a surface layer.
