The invention belongs to the technical field of temperature measurement, and discloses a temperature measurement system and method for friction and wear test. The system comprises a computer, a data transmission line, intermediate processors, a temperature sensor, a nut, a grinding ball, a ball fixture, an inner hole and a thread, wherein the intermediate processors are disposed between the computer and the data transmission line and between the temperature sensor and the computer, and the grinding ball is fixed on the ball fixture by the internally threaded nut; the temperature sensor is integrated in the ball fixture, the grinding ball is fixed with the nut by a set of specially designed threads, and the other end of the grinding ball is in contact with the temperature sensor through theinner hole. The temperature sensor and the computer are connected to the data transmission line through the intermediate processor, and temperature signals collected by the temperature sensor are transmitted to the intermedi
