The slag processing system comprises a pelletizing device,a slag cooling device and a waste heat recycling device. The pelletizing device is used for receiving slag generated by steel slag package. A slag inlet is formed in the upper end of the pelletizing device. A high-pressure water ejection device is arranged in the portion, facing the slag inlet direction, inside the pelletizing device. The upper end of the slag cooling device communicates with thelower end of the pelletizing device. The bottom of the slag cooling device contains cooling water. A steam circulation pipeline is arranged on the side wall of the slag cooling device. The waste heatrecycling device is connected with the steam circulation pipeline, and a waste heat recycling pipeline is arranged inside the waste heat recycling device.
