According to the flat data cable disclosed by the invention, the structure stability of the cable core pair can be improved by setting the metal shielding layer longitudinally covers the cable core pair, the ground wires are arranged on the outer side of the metal shielding layer, mutual staggered winding of the ground wires and the cable core pair can be avoided, in addition, the structure attenuation frequency of the flat data cable can reach 32 GHZ
