The pipeline robot internal plugging system is composed of a robot unit, a connecting unit and a plugging unit, wherein the robot unit adopts a structure mode of motor driving, spiral walking and spring support, the adaptability of a robot to different pipe diameters can be adjusted through compression and elongation of the springs, a steering engine is additionally arranged at a driving part, and the walking speed of the internal blocking robot can be controlled byadjusting the deflection angle of a driving wheel through the steering engine; a connecting unit adopts a cross universal connector, so that the flexibility of the integral structure and the performance about passing through a bent pipe of the system are improved, and the plugging unit adopts a double-air-bag type plugging scheme, so that the rapidness and convenience of plugging operation are realized.
