The method includes: mixing raw materials, melt-spinning, extracting, and stretch-setting. Polyvinyl alcohol melt spinning is realized by plasticizing through polyol, oligomer polyol and amides compound, and polyvinyl alcohol serving as a raw material can be fully dissolved better when compared with a mode of generally using water as a plasticizer; trace impurities contained in polyvinyl alcohol are insoluble in water, and fiber forming and fiber structure are affected during spinning ofthese impurities. 本发明公开了一种熔融纺丝制备聚乙烯醇粗旦纤维的方法,包括原料混合、熔融纺丝、萃取和拉伸定型各单元过程。本发明通过多元醇、低聚物多元醇、酰胺类化合物进行增塑实现聚乙烯醇熔融法纺丝,比一般用水作为增塑剂更能使原料聚乙烯醇充分溶解,因为聚乙烯醇原料中含有微量的杂质不溶于水,这些杂质纺丝时影响纤维的成型及纤维结构。
