Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of rice variety cultivation, in particular to identification of QTL for early flowering traits of rice and an application thereof in rice breeding. The QTL qEMF7 islocated on the short arm of a NO. 7 rice chromosome, and the marker interval is located between SSR molecular markers RM3483 and RM8263. The invention not only helps to solve the problem of slow progress in heat-resistant breeding of rice in China, but also helps to overcome the problem of low efficiency in heat-resistant selection in flowering stage in the existing breeding technology, and thus the cultivation of new heat-resistant varieties of rice and the industrialization process of seeds in China are greatly accelerated. 本发明涉及水稻品种培育领域,具体而言,涉及一种水稻早花性状QTL的鉴定及其在水稻育种中的用途。该所述QTL qEMF7位于水稻7号染色体短臂上,且标记区间位于SSR分子标记RM3483和RM8263之间。本发明不但有助于解决我国水稻耐热育种进展迟缓的问题,而且有助于克服现有育种技术对提高扬花期耐热选择效率低的问题,大大加快我国水稻耐热新品种培育与种子产业化进程。
