Method and system of using mud phosphorus for preparing ozone

The invention discloses a method and system of using mud phosphorus for preparing ozone. A system device comprises a mud pump mud phosphorus storage tank, a slurry adjusting tank, a pressurizing pump,an ozone generator, an air compressor, a solid-liquid separator, an impurity scrubber and other equipment. The method for preparing the ozone includes the steps that (1) compressed air is in contactwith water and then is dissolved in the water; (2) yellow phosphorus contained in the mud phosphorus is in contact with dissolved oxygen in slurry to produce the ozone, produced PO continues to be oxidized by oxygen in the air to produce phosphoric acid, and the phosphoric acid, CaO and the like in the mud phosphorus produce calcium phosphate salts which remain in mud slag; (3) the produced ozoneair is purified by lime milk and then sent out to complete the whole process.
