The invention provides a device for online detection of the defects of a bearing ring end face. The device comprises a ring conveying belt capable of running at an adjustable speed. A visual detectionmodule is arranged above the conveying belt; a photographing area of the visual detection module camera is located at the middle axis of the conveyor belt; a bearing ring position adjusting plate isarranged in front of the camera, and an inferior-quality product removing mechanism is arranged behind the camera. Bearing ring position adjusting plates are arranged on the two sides of the conveyingbelt, obliquely extend out of the middle of the conveying belt and are adjacent to the conveying surface of the conveying belt. When bearing rings conveyed by the conveying belt move to the bearing ring position adjusting plates, the bearing rings deviating from the middle shaft part of the conveying belt can be shifted to the middle shaft part of the conveying belt in sequence; the visual detection module collects and ana
