The enhanced animal gene vaccine vector can enhance the immunogenicity, enhance the titer of an antibody vaccine and reduce the occurrence of side effects. 本发明公开了一种增强型动物基因疫苗载体，其包括的组分和质量含量为：基因疫苗结构蛋白的质量含量为2.5-4.8份、超分子水凝胶15.3-27.6份、矿物油佐剂3.4-6.8份、磷酸酶0.5-0.75份和卡那霉素抗性基因。本发明的增强型动物基因疫苗载体能够增强免疫原性、增强抗体疫苗的滴度，减少副反应的发生。
