Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses chitosan wrapped matrine phenolate nano liposome and a preparation method and application thereof. The nano liposome comprises, by weight, 0.1-5 parts of matrine phenolate, 0.5-5 parts of chitosan, 5-40 parts of lecithin, 10-20 parts of cholesterol and 1-100 parts of glycerin. The preparation method includes following steps: S1, heating lecithin, cholesterol and glycerin till being completely dissolved, sterilizing, and adding alcohol to obtain a mixed solution; S2, slowly injecting matrine phenolate into the mixed solution; S3, putting into a high-pressure homogenizerfor treatment; S4, adding chitosan into a phenolic acid water solution to obtain a chitosan water solution; S5, dropwise adding nano liposome into the chitosan water solution while stirring, and standing to obtain the chitosan wrapped matrine phenolate nano liposome. Cosmetics added with the nano liposome have good antioxidation and moisturizing effects.
