Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a rice straw returning methane-production power generation device and a method thereof, the device partly comprises a cover film laid on the surface of a field, straws are arranged between the inner side of the cover film and the surface of the field, an air outlet of the cover film is connected to an air inlet of an air bag through a pipeline, an air outlet of the air bagis connected to an air inlet of a booster pump through the pipeline, and the booster pump is connected to the air inlet of a methane generator through the pipeline.
