Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a crank blank forging process for a mower. The crank blank forging process is characterized by comprising the following steps that S1, blanking is carried out, and particularly, a blank is cut into a bar of phi20X67; S2, deburring and impurity removal are carried out, particularly, the bar is fed into a shot blasting machine through a crawler belt, and shot blasting is carried out for 15-20 minutes till burrs and oxide skin of the blank are removed; S3, heating is carried out, and particularly, the blank bar is fed into an intermediate frequency furnace to be heated to1000 +/-50 DEG C, wherein the propelling frequency is 8-10s/piece; S4, forging is carried out, and particularly, bending, preforging, finish forging and punching are carried out, wherein the forging temperature is controlled at 730-1040 DEG C; 5, heat treatment is carried out, and particularly normalizing treatment is carried out on the forge piece; and 6, oxide skin is removed, and particularly,the cooled bar is fed into |
