The invention discloses a small water wheel type power generator. A flow guiding mechanism, a runner mechanism and a power generator body are included. The flow guiding mechanism comprises water spraying ports and water spraying pipes, wherein the water spraying ports are formed in the tail ends of the water spraying pipes. The runner mechanism comprises impellers, an impeller frame and a center shaft, wherein the impeller frame is an annular frame body, the center shaft is arranged at the center of the impeller frame, the impellers are evenly arranged on the circumference of the impeller frame with the center shaft as the center, the flow guiding mechanism is arranged nearby the impellers, each water spraying port corresponds to the corresponding impeller, and the impellers are driven torotate along the center shaft through water spraying.
