Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a rice black-streaked dwarf virus disease-resistant QTL qRBSDV-4 tight linkage marker and application thereof. The marker is obtained by the following steps: hybridizing T1012and Wuyujing No.3 to obtain F1; constructing a chromosome segment substitution line group in a self-bred offspring group by using a molecular marker-assisted selection technology; carrying out resistance identification on the substitution line group by a field natural identification way to obtain a black-streaked dwarf virus disease-resistant locus named as qRBSDV-4; and developing a marker STS-4-3.1 which is closely linked to the qRBSDV-4. According to the invention, the resistance of the identification material to the rice black-streaked dwarf virus disease can be predicted by detecting theband pattern of the molecular marker STS-4-3.1, so that the breeding efficiency of the rice variety resistant to the black-streaked dwarf virus disease is improved.
