Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of biology, in particular to a gene for preventing and treating colletotrichum musae. Phospholipase D protein capable of preventing and treating colletotrichum musae is protein coded by a gene PLD alpha 2 consisting of an amino acid sequence as shown in a sequence table SEQID NO:2. The gene PLD alpha 2 is coded by a base sequence as shown in a sequencetable SEQID NO:1. When a phospholipase D activity adjusting agent acts on the PLD alpha 2 or the protein coded by the gene PLD alpha 2, the colletotrichum musae can be prevented and treated. 本发明涉及生物技术领域，具体涉及防治炭疽病的基因，防治炭疽病的磷脂酶D蛋白，由序列表SEQ ID NO：2的氨基酸序列组成的基因PLDα2编码的蛋白质。基因PLDα2由序列表SEQ ID NO：1所述的碱基序列编码。运用磷脂酶D活性调节剂作用于基因PLDα2或基因PLDα2编码的蛋白质，防治香蕉炭疽病。
