The invention provides the method for enhancingthe short-range nitrification and denitrification of the wastewater through the swirling autorotation. The method comprises the following steps: (A), performing swirling treatment to circulating mud-water mixed liquid reflowing in a biochemical tank; (B), performing swirling cracking on a suspended solid in coal chemical wastewater treatment tail water; (C), returning the tail water after swirlingcracking treatment in the step (B) to the biochemical tank for circulating degradation treatment.
